Institute for Broadening Participation (IBP)

The Institute for Broadening Participation (IBP) website provides access to more than 30 scholarship opportunities from a variety of private and federal funding sources for students pursuing careers in STEM. The website also includes resources on how to build a strong application. Last Mile Education Fund

Last Mile Education Fund invests in striving, low-income students pursuing degrees in the high-demand fields of technology and engineering to support them in their last mile to graduation and into a career. If you have need for funding to help get you to graduation, follow the link to apply for their multiple scholarships.

Iowa State University Honors Program

Iowa State University Honors Program has developed a website with resources for students interested in applying to nationally competitive scholarships and fellowships, such as Rhodes, Goldwater, Truman, etc. These fellowship and scholarship opportunities are available to both Honors and non-Honors students at ISU. They are merit based and successful candidates typically have a minimum 3.5 GPA and are active in leadership and/or service. Albert E. Phillips Scholarship

Albert E. Phillips Scholarship through COAA (Construction Owners Association of America).  Applicants must be a full-time undergraduate student who has successfully completed their freshman year at university and have a minimum 2.5 GPA.  Applications are due by March 1.
