• Usage Expectations

• Dean’s office students/staff will set up room per room request
• Client will pick up key up to 30 minutes prior to use from receptionist in 4100 Marston
• Paper coasters are to be used for all drinks and are located on the north cabinet
• If laptop placemats are needed they are located on the north cabinet
• IT questions should be directed to marstontech@iastate.edu. If no response contact 4-5933
• Take all trash to dumpster located on the southwest side of the building
• Wipe off tables with microfiber cloths located in north cabinet
• Turn off lights and close door(s) at end of meeting and ensure doors are locked
• Report any damage or issues with facility, furniture and equipment to 4-5933
• Pickup key between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. from 4th floor reception desk
• Return key to 4100 Marston after meeting and no later than 5 pm for afternoon meetings

Room will be evaluated after all meetings. Failure to comply with guidelines will result in future restrictions and limitations.

For our guests with mobility needs, please select floor '3M' from either elevator to reach the mezzanine. Alternatively, please let us know if we can assist with accommodating those with mobility needs.

We do ask you to report any damages so that they can be addressed before the room is next used.
