Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in business here at Iowa State, and went to work for University of Phoenix at the Army Garrison in Seoul, Korea, where she earned her MBA. She returned to the mechanical engineering department here at Iowa State as graduate support staff. She has supported the Human Computer Interaction graduate program, as well as, the PhD program for the chemistry department. In each of these roles her favorite part was working with prospective students in achieving their academic and career goals. In the fall of 2021 she decided to put all her efforts into the recruitment of graduate students for the College of Engineering.
