Mingxuan Li is a senior member of IEEE. He is currently working as a Research Scientist at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECpE), Iowa State University (ISU) and affiliated to Center for Wireless, Communities, and Innovation (WiCI). His work focuses on next-generation communication infrastructure cloud native evolution and open source community. Mingxuan Li has more than ten years of research experience in the telecommunications industry. He has published more than 20 papers, applied for and authorized more than 20 patents, and led the release of 10 industry standards and authorized 5 software copyrights.
